Welcome to East Palo Alto, CA. In 1992, it was home to the highest per-capita murder rate. 17 years later Scoot and Band Aide of The Hoodstarz takes us on a tour featuring stories and characters who lived through the good and tough times of EPA.

The Hoodstarz bring you to the streets of East Palo Alto and introduce us to some friends and family from their neighborhood.

Part 2: The Hoodstarz bring you Menlo Park, a neighboring city of East Palo Alto. The children love The Hoodstarz. Meet some of the local talent in Menlo spittin’ 16’s. Scoot goes back in the days when he used to battle. Band Aide tells us the story of how we was arrested on gun and drug charges around the corner. Ad Kapone makes a special appearance.

Part 3: The Hoodstarz bring us back to EPA to Jervis and Alberni streets where Ad Capone grew up, Band Aide and Scoot ran away from police, slung drugs and rocks and more stories.
