What's up Bay area, this ya boy JAY MARKS aka BOBBY NINO giving you the FIRST of many postings on this here Thizzler.com. My section is about all trends and music in the BAY right now. HOT new artists and upcoming talent will be expressed on here. This week I will be talking about 3 recent songs I have heard and I asked the artist a few questions on what inspires them.

DOWNLOAD: Dre O - Play Em

My first artist up to the plate is from the 707: DRE O, a 21 year old rapper who's music is anything but wack. This man has been rapping for 6 years now and is only getting better. I asked DRE how he feels about the NEW BAY movement he replied, "The New Bay movement is GREAT. The bay already had the movement going on a while ago but it had no name and no one respected it. It's a real shot to these older rappers in the Bay not trying to put on for the younger Cats doing it bigger. Basically coming together from every city in the bay and really making sure we get on because if one of us makes it we all make it."  His song "Play Em" with his brother YR is a forsure banger and something I would say SLAPS! Keep up the work big bro.... follow him on twitter @DreDotO707.

DOWNLOAD: J Dub - Gone With The Wind

Next up is the RAPSHACK LEGEND J Dub. I'm sure you all have seen the cyphers (SHOUTS OUT TO TEAM BACK PACK) with this guy and have to admit this man has TALENT. His delivery is one of the best things i heard out the BAY. Even off the mic, this dude is making moves, producing beats and all tracks for his RAPSHACK fam and he has a new CD out with his other Rapshack brother Junco G (@Junco_G) titled "WINTER FALL" featuring his song "Gone With Wind", which is a straight forward slap. This guy put together some of the best bars I have heard in a while. I asked DUB who and what was his influence for his career and he said, "Tupac Shakur was my biggest influence. I feel like we share similar beliefs, views, and goals when it comes to society and life in general. I could truly apreciate where he was coming from in his music, I could directly relate, and I could actually use it for something better, no matter what it is-music, helping a friend, getting over something. These are also the things that keep me grinding, aside from the yearn and lust of the "so-called good life." I'm trying uplift my people and show them you can do it too." This right here is a REAL message to me. This answer was REAL AS IT GETS and I can only expect this from him. Keep up the work DUB I see a bright future in you and hopefully this won't be the last time you're in my review. follow him on Twitter @JdubShackBoy.

DOWNLOAD: Isiah - One

Last but not least is the lil homie from RICHMOND that is still in high school and is lyrically talented like NO OTHER. His name is ISIAH and the kid is 17 with rhymes like he is 20. Young in the game, he has nothing but time to grow and get better. His song "One" caught my ear lately and I think this song is really showing what he can grow up to do. He sounds great on this song and I think he has a great future. I asked lil bro, "How do you feel about the NEW BAY movement?" His reply was, "I most deff respect the new bay movement I think it's what the bay needs. People probably only remember the bay for goin dumb and what not but the New Bay movement is showin that it's deeper then that. It shows the bay's diversity when it comes to rappin." This kid is very positive, hopefully he can get his rep up and join this NEW BAY Movement. Follow him at @Isaiah_Prophet.

Aight so this is IT for my 1st Thizzler article. I hope yall can enjoy it and stay tuned for next week's with Armani Depaul, Salty, and True Jones...
