West Marin isn't exactly known for it's hip hop scene, but Bolinas emcee Bo-Rat is one of of the rare emcees that broke through the "liberal hippy" stereotype to emerge as one of the Bay's top battle emcees. Although he hasn't battled in a few years because he's been focusing on his 2nd album, Bo Knows Rap, he can still freestyle like few others.
